He is survived by: his siblings, Allan Mackenzie-Grieve, Jean Rutschke, Phyllis Waldo (Fletch), Joyce Bowe (Russ), Linda Krause (Lyle) and Sherry Butler (Darryl); and his brother-in-law Lynn Averill. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
