With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Debbie Jean Shippelt of Innisfail, Alberta, born in Edmonton, Alberta, who passed away on August 14, 2022 at the age of 63. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent Adrian Lukas; and her boyfriend Robert McInnes. She is survived by: her son Christopher Mertick (Jessica); her grandchildren, Adrian and Lincoln; her daughter Katrina Nickel (Greg); her grandchildren, Taylor, Carmine, Kaylynn and Zarrick; her stepsons, Patrick Shippelt and Justin Shippelt (Mindy); her stepgrandchildren, Mia and Grayson; her stepdaughter Amanda Shippelt; her stepgrandchildren, Damien, Landhon and Kaden; her stepmother Shirley Lukas; her siblings, Peter Lukas and Alida Wambeck (Wolfgang); and her nieces, Heather Wambeck (Chance) and Cheryl Bendrien (Eric).
