He is survived by: his wife Myrna; his daughters, Shellie, Donna, Bonnie and Norine; his grandchildren, Miranda, Tyler, Jennifer, Kyle, Kurtis, Derek and Dawson; his great grandchildren, Teagan, Trey, Trinity and Casey; and his siblings, Stanley (Sandy) and Lucyanne (Ken). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
