He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Art, Ella Pearson, Inez and Joe Gault; his parents, Marie Pearson and Bob Pearson; his cousins, Sean Pearson, Darin Pearson and Aura-Lee Gault; and his pet Bear.

He is survived by: his siblings, Rob Pearson of Calgary Alberta and Cleo Martin (Roy) of Calgary Alberta; his nephews, Michael, Bobby and Thomas Martin of Calgary Alberta; his aunts and uncles, June, Don Pearson of Hythe Alberta, Dorothy Peacock of Hythe Alberta, Lysle (Gaylene) of Valhalla and Cleo Delancey of Calgary; and his pet Kona. He is also survived by many other cousins and second cousins.
