Irene Viken Obituary
We are sad to announce that on May 27, 2020, at the age of 95, Irene Viken of Hythe, Alberta, born in New Brigden, Alberta passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Merlin; her son Larry; her siblings, Telmer, Herman Napen, Bernice Kjemhus (Ole) and Gilma Boness (Knut); and her parents, Hans Napen and Louise Napen.
She is survived by: her children, Leonard Viken, Dennis Viken (Pat) and Daylene Dalgleish (Tim); her daughter-in-law Joyce Viken; and her brother Lawrence Napen (Gunda). She is also survived by her 9 grandchildren and their spouses, 14 great-grandchildren and many extended family.
In memory of Irene, memorial donations may be made to the Peace Autism Society.
