She was predeceased by: her husband Nick Kushnerick; her son Robert Kushnerick; her parents, Mary Faryna and Prokop Faryna; and her siblings, Dave Faryna (Josie) and Dora Faryna.

She is survived by: her son Jerry Kushnerick; her daughter-in-law Jane Kushnerick; her grandchildren, Kristopher Kushnerick (Shalee), Nicole Gunderson (Clay) and Traci Kushnerick; her great grandchildren, Zane, Rhea, Nicholas and Archer; and her sisters, Mable Wynnyck, Elsie Holyk (Ray) and Jennie Babie. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
