He is survived by: his wife Cheryl; his son Brent Blackley (Lisa); his stepchildren, Kiara Foisy (Scott Hunka) and Christopher Foisy; his children, Ryan, Megan Paliwoda and Laura Blackley; his siblings, Ed, Lance, Bonnie and Debbie; and his granddaughters, Kaci and Jesa Blackley.
