In Loving Memory of Rolande Mary Anne Bratt (Rollie)
(August 13 1944 – February 26 2023)
Rollie was born in Westlock Alberta on August 13 1944 to Delima (Godwin) and Wilfred Lambert.. She was the wife of the late Norrie Bratt; and survived by her daughter Monica, her husband Gordon and grandson Colton Thibault; son Colin and wife Wendy and grandson Dominic Bratt; grandchildren Kurtis and wife Carly and great grandchildren Ivy and Tripp Tingstad; and grandson Bradley Tingstad, all of Hinton Alberta.

Our beautiful Rollie was a beloved wife, mother, daughter, sister, auntie, cousin, daughter in law, and friend who will never be forgotten. Rollie loved spending time with her family, her kids grandkids and great grandkids were her world. Spending time at the paradise we call the land left to all of us in mom and dad’s memory. Or camping, fishing, rumoli, bingo, knitting, crocheting, sewing, or gardening she was a woman of many talents and loved to be busy. She loved music and singing and playing guitar, harp, accordion, or organ, singing, and smiling with all the kids and family friends was her favorite thing!

How Far Is Heaven, when can we go? We want our mommy she’s there we know!
I wonder if you knew how very much we loved you so?
You were the strength and backbone of our family and loved by all.
You were taken way too soon; we all believed you hung the moon!
We will never truly be apart, as we still feel you deep within our hearts.
But blinded by our tears and aching hearts we’ve been lost without you, so hard to let you go!
We’re so thankful for all you’ve taught us through the years,
From your patience, kindness, advice, support and the unconditional love and guidance through life.
Your hugs, your laughter, your beautiful smile, your crazy little pranks along the way,
That kept us wondering what you would be up to next to make us laugh and smile.
These memories will be forever cherished and missed by all who were able to know our beautiful mom.
You are not gone; we see your image and influence passed down in our kids, grandkids, great grandkids
and ourselves as well. There will never be another Quite like you MOM!!
You told us not to cry to have party and a drink!
But losing a woman like you is harder than you’d think!!!
We know you are in a better place, back beside dad and the rest of our family,
No more loneliness, with a huge smile upon your face! Dad has his Tiger back!
Probly fishin’ and havin’ a good old time, Yellin’ something HUGE is on my line!!
Love you mom with all our hearts, forever and always our mommy you’ll be!
Rollie has been cremated as per her wishes and we will be holding a party ,
in the summer at the land to celebrate her life!
