It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Reinhold Sommerfeld of Hinton, Alberta, born in Leoville, Saskatchewan, who passed away on December 17, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Clara; his son Allen (Cindy); his grandsons, Dan and Dustin (Andrea); his great grandchildren, Emma of Hinton, Benter of Hinton and Jaxson of Hinton; his daughter Kathy (Patrick); his grandsons, Andrew (Florida) and Nathan (Jennifer); his great grandchildren, Noah of Hinton, Jonah of Hinton and Caleb of Hinton; his grandchildren, Scott Wilson (Hinton), Lindy and Cyril Paquin; his great grandchildren, Cameron of Grand Cache and Abigail of Grand Cache; his son-in-law Morgan Wilson of Hinto; his siblings, Milton (Carol) of Edmonton, Esther Hauch (Vernon), Doris O'Brien (Barrhead), Florence (Lawrence Morhrmann), Edna (George West) and Diane (Darrel Romeo); and his sister-in-law Hilda Sommerfeld (Vernon). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, their families and many friends.
