Raymond Chorniak Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Raymond Chorniak of Hinton, Alberta, born in Yorkton, Saskatchewan, who passed away on December 5, 2020, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Paul; his daughter Lisa; and his sister Elaine. He is survived by: his former wife Melinda Kitaguchi; his wife Linda; his son Robert; his granddaughters, Emma and Amanda; his mother Rose Chorniak; his son-in-law Dave Francioli; his grandsons, Mac and Ben; and his nephews, Nelson LaPerle (Alana), Jay Kitaguchi (Tina) and Dalton Kitaguchi (Tammy). He is also survived by many cousins and good friends.
