It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Douglas Kolbe of Hinton, Alberta, who passed away on September 21, 2021, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Kolbe and Teresa Kolbe of Edson, AB.; and his siblings, Donald Kolbe, Peter Kolbe and Sharon Boyer.
He is survived by: his children, Teresa Bailey (Dana Harris) of Lake and Eric Kolbe of Medicine Hat, AB.; his granddaughter Kiana Bailey of Edmonton, AB.; his brother Leonard Kolbe (Carol); and his nieces and nephews, Carol Kolbe, Tammy Kolby, Faron Kolbe, Livia Kolbe, Clarence Boyer and Kelvin Boyer.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Hinton Continuing Care or a charity of the donor's choice.
