Daisy Garneau-MacKay Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Daisy Garneau-MacKay (Hinton, Alberta), who passed away on July 24, 2019 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Davis and Lottie Davis; her siblings, Doris, Jessie, Howard, Walter, Helen, Alvin and Earl; her former husband Albert Garneau; and her husband Alvin MacKay.
She is survived by: her siblings, Vern, Marie and Max; and her daughters, Ellen, Yvonne and Mariea (George). She is also survived by eleven grandchildren as well as a great number of great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
The family also asks that, in lieu of flowers, donations be sent to the Hinton Continuing Care Centre at 1290 Switzer Drive or Hinton General Hospital at 1280 Switzer Drive as a thank you for their continuous hard work and the care they showed for Daisy.
