He was predeceased by: his parents, Josephat Poulin and Aurore Poulin; his children, Garry, Kim and Suzanne Bartling; his granddaughter Trina Leonard; and his son-in-law Don Welbourne.

He is survived by: his wife Marlene; his daughters, Denise Welbourne and Corinne Poulin; his grandchildren, Darren Hermann Jr. (Danielle), Kristin (Rick), Dustin, Ryan (Sarah), Sheena (Sean), Ashley (Carl), Chelsea, Steffi and Chaitra (Justin); and his sisters, Mariange, Aline and Ginette. He is also survived by 23 great grandchildren, 1 great greatgrandchild.
