He was predeceased by: his wife Rachael Lenz Merrill of Hill Spring. He is survived by: his children, Mitch Merrill (Karen), Deanne Schaffer (Dave), Suzanne Stepan (Dave), Lisa Duce (Lanark) and Wes Merrill (Wendy). He is also survived by 20 grandchildren & 21 great grandchildren.
