She was predeceased by: her mother Christina. She is survived by: her significant other Michael Witmer; her daughters, Catherine and Dominique; her father Joseph Jurcik (Adele Rivest); her sisters, JoAnne Buchan (Gary Buchan) and Chrisanne Gilmore (Lawrence Gilmore); and her cousin Courtney Gilmore. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
