She is survived by: her family Darlene Balic; her son-in-law Asim; her grandsons, Caylen and Aldin; her son Kevin Johnson; and her siblings, Winnie Peckham, Audrey Cawthorne and Dale Wakeford. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Royal Canadian Legion #78 in Turner Valley, Alberta.
