He was predeceased by: his wife Judith Wynnyk (Klein); his son Kevin; his parents, John Wynnyk and Judy Wynnyk; and his sister Darlene.

He is survived by: his son Trevor (Kim); his grandchildren, Brooke and Justin; and his sister Corinne. He is also survived by many cousins, aunt and uncles, nieces and nephews.
