He was predeceased by: his parents, John Regan and Mildred Regan; his wife Liza Clement; and his siblings, Dalton, Thomas, Orpha and Loice.
He is survived by: his sister Vida McEathron; his children, Jack W. Regan (Sandra), Denise Regan (Phil) and Donna-Fay Hoffman (Bruce); his grandchildren, Owen Moore (Aretha), Ryan Hoffman (Chelsea), Greg Moore (Kara), Kathryn Moore and Keith Hoffman; his great grandchild Bella Aurora Moore; and his friend Marion Barber.
In lieu of flowers, the family would like donations to go to either the Friendship Centre in High River or the Town of High River Memorial Tree Fund.
