He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Larsen (Ivy Larsen) and Ivy Larsen; his brothers, Douglas and John Larsen; and his sister-in-law Mae Heater.

He is survived by: his brother Chris Larsen (Michelle) of Tisdale, SK; and his nephew Murray Larsen (Jill) of Calgary, AB.
