He is survived by: his son Chad (Deb); his grandchildren, Tahsis and Tory; his son Kurtis (Natasha); his grandchildren, Blake and Logan; his sister Jessi Kotelus (Bob); his niece Deanna; his nephew Michael; his siblings, Jackie Takacs (John) and Don (Jane); and his nieces and nephews, Amy and Allison.
