He was predeceased by: his parents, Olga Michaelsen and Svend Michaelsen. He is survived by: his wife Gerry; his sister Krista Williams (Gordon); his extended family, Don, Marlene Bev (Brooks), Gary Madeline (Alexander), Ron Ken (Flegel) and Darlene (Mohart); and his pets, Ottis and Nash. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, many special friends.
