He is survived by: his parents, Dave Kikkert and Farole Kikkert (Smith); his grandparents, Iris (Hagen), Rob Dunham, John and Jane Kikkert; his great-grandparent Esther Hagen; and his pets, Vixen and Izzy. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and extended family members including great aunts, great uncles, and cousins.
