With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Allen David McCartney of High River, Alberta, born in Hardisty, Alberta, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Allen David left this world on June 26, 2024 at the age of 88, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his great grandchild Tyler; his wives, Leslie McCartney and Joanne Enloe; and his brother Bill. He is survived by: his son Doug (Dayna); his grandchildren, Grace, Malcolm, Lauren and Austin; his daughter Julie Benoit (Roger); his grandchildren, Cody and Tara; his child Robin Doran (Gord); his grandchildren, Ryan, James and David MacDonald (Tracy); his great grandchild Jeff; and his close friend Sharon Riva. He is also survived by his family and friends.
