He was predeceased by: his father William Howse; and his brother Dale Howse. He is survived by: his sons, Warren Howse and Matthew Lampit; his siblings, Stan Howse, Jim Howse, Kyle Collins, Tara Collins and Jacee Howse; and his mother Pearl Marshall. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
