It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leon Bruce Albers of Heisler, Alberta, who passed away on January 9, 2025, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Leon Bruce Albers to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his wife Bernice; his daughter Linda; his parents, Bernard and Bessie; and his siblings, Lyla, Bernice, Bernard, Selma, Hugh, Dale and Kate.
He is survived by: his children, Duane (Debbie), Darrell (Diane), Valerie Davidson (Bob), Lorne (Jennifer), Jann (Karen) and Jackie (Debra); and his siblings, Rose Lloyd, Jann Albers and Brian Albers. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.
A funeral Mass was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Martin Roman Catholic Church (313 Manning Ave, Heisler, AB T0B2A0).
