He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Collins and Evelyn Collins. He is survived by: his sister Julie Jones; his brother-in-law Mark Jones; his nephew Warren Jones (Traci); his daughter Charleen; his nieces, Dixie Zorn (Curtis) and Candace Boxma (Joey); and also, Blake and Haley.
