With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Lawrence Wancho of Grimshaw, Alberta, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Lawrence may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank and Louise; and his brothers, Jim, Jules and Lewis.

He is survived by: his wife Patricia Wancho; his children, Christina Kienitz (Jason), Jade Wancho (Zoe) and Lori Wancho (Dalton Schofield); and his sister Jenny Krezanoski. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, if family and friends so desire, memorial contributions in Laurie's memory may be made to a charity of one's choice.
