He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Harley and Ellen Harley; and his siblings, Johnathan Harley and Jean Burdess. He is survived by: his wife Valerie; his daughter Deanna Butz (Aaron); his grandchildren, Allison and Nolan Butz; his siblings, Susan Kuzemchuk (Ken), Curtis Harley (Judy) and Jeff Harley; and his brother-in-law Rob Burdess. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and extended family.
