It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Emily Francis Kononchuk of Grassland, Alberta, who passed away on January 25, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Alex Kononchuk; her parents, John Zatelny and Mary Zatelny; and her brother-in-law Paul Gurba. She is survived by: her children, Mark Kononchuk (Laurie), Marvin Kononchuk (Oriana) and Stacey Tymo (Terry); her grandchildren, Austin, Justine Kononchuk, Harley McMahon (Lucas), Hayden Kononchuk, Tristan Tymo, Payton Baldwin (Kristopher) and Tyson Tymo; her great grandchild Jett Baldwin; and her sisters, Henrietta Gurba and Pat Gurba (Maurice). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
