He was predeceased by: his parents, Dmytro Woloshyn and Johanna Woloshyn. He is survived by: his wife Paulette (Savard); his children, Sheldon (Meredith), Shannon and Crystal (Adi); his grandchildren, Soren, Marin, Benjamin, Jesse and Patrick; and his sisters, Sophie and Helen. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Bear Creek Funeral Home (11802 99 Ave, Grande Prairie, AB T8W0C7).
