He was predeceased by: his grandparents, John and Dorothy Madden. He is survived by: his wife Diana Arends; his parents, John Campbell and Linda Campbell; his grandmother Marion Campbell; his sister Nicole Lavallee (Campbell); his brother-in-law Kevin Lavallee; his nephew Ephrem Lavallee; his niece Quinn Lavallee (Jamie Arends); and his grandchildren, Andy Campbell, Ray Arends and Sue Arends. He is also survived by numerous Aunts, Uncles, and cousins.
