He is survived by: his children, Trinity and Zander; his significant other Courtney; his parents, John and Nancy; his parents-in-law, Dale and Elsie; his sister-in-law Candace (Andy); and his nieces, Jessa and Piper. He is also survived by many extended family, friends.
