We are sad to announce that on July 18, 2022, at the age of 96, Otilia Helen Salacki (Grande Prairie, Alberta) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Wesley Salacki; her children, Adam, Lawrence and Paulette; her son-in-law Dave Connolly; her granddaughter Shayla Salacki; her sisters, Talia Grotkowski and Katherine Osepiuk; and her brothers-in-law, Alex Grotkowski, Nick Osepiuk and Walter Antonio.

She is survived by: her children, Leonard (Gail), Donna (Calvin), Margaret, Betty, Dolores (Roch) and Ken (Arlene); and her sister Martha Antonio. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren.
