He was predeceased by: his father Doug MacAlister. He is survived by: his friend Lisa MacAlister; his children, Michael Catt, Amber Heitrich (Kelsey) and Kristen MacAlister (Jordan Evans); his grandsons, Joshua and Max Evans; his mother Carol MacAlister; and his brother Monte MacAlister. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
