Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Melba Ruth Peacock (Grande Prairie, Alberta), who passed away at the age of 94, on June 29, 2020. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John McArthur and Marjorie McArthur; her husband Arnold Peacock; her children, Beth (Melvin Gunderson), Sheila (Yvon Fortin), Howard, Connie (Ben Dunn), Lorna (Scott Wood), Robert Peacock (Heather) and Marge Lewicki (Rob Aubin); her daughter-in-law Sheana Verquin; her grandson Mark Fortin; and also Laura Peacock. She was also cherished by 14 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that all donations be made to either the Grande Spirit Foundation - Pleasantview Lodge (9505 102 Ave, Grande Prairie, AB, T8V 7G9), or the Spirit of the Peace United Church (Box 267, Spirit River, AB, T0H 3G0).
