It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Matt Milkovich (Grande Prairie, Alberta), who passed away on December 23, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivan Milkovich and Manda Pavelić; his siblings, John, Louis, Joe, Katie Hawrylenko and Mary Potrebenko; his siblings-in-law, Alex Potrebenko, Walter Potrebenko, Ann Milkovich and Irene Milkovich; and his nephew Stephen Milkovich.
He is survived by: his son Shane (Meagan); his caregiver Grace; his daughter Crystal Kosowan (Brad); his grandchildren, Dane, Zoe and Rhett; and his siblings, Nick, Bill, Annie Potrebenko, Matilda Milkovich and Helen Boman (Lyle).
He was close to and fond of his 10 siblings and would call his sister, Katie, daily during the COVID pandemic making sure she was okay.
