He is survived by: his wife Donna Koch; his children, Adam Lehners (Hannah), Analise Lehners (Brett), Hugo and Tory; and his siblings, Wilf Lehners (Lana), Rita O'Toole (Jack), Dave Koch (Della), Bev Smith (Art), Frank Koch (Kim), Jim Koch and Robert Koch. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, colleagues and friends.
