He was predeceased by: his parents, William Nicolson and Marion Nicolson. He is survived by: his children, Gordon and Irene; his pet Samoyeds; his wife Irene; his children, Catherine and Donald (Tracey); his grandchildren, Jacqueline, Stuart (Kaylee) and Mitchell; and his brother Leslie.
