He is survived by: his father Robert Balcom; his daughters, Tina Balcom Castle and Crystal Balcom Deschene (Darren); his daughter-in-law Paula Gagnon; his grandchildren, Shyla, Joshua, Alisia, Nicolas, Josee and Caleb "Little man" of Grande Prairie; and his siblings, Sharon Batchelor, Diane Hanleyand (Gerald "Tom") and Gail Balcom. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren.
