She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred and Margaret; her husband George; her siblings, Lyle and Velda; and her sons, Wayne (Wendy) and William (Karen).
She is survived by: her brothers, Wilfred and Delbert; and her children, Victor Hodges (Brenda), Rosemarie Crerar (Larry) and Sharon Sandboe (Kurt). She is also survived by her 16 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren; and a wealth of extended family.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Bear Creek Funeral Home (11802 99 Ave, Grande Prairie, AB T8W0C7).
Memorial donations in Eileen's name may be made to Grande Prairie Regional Hospital Foundation - Mackenzie Place, honoring the compassionate care she received during her final years.
