He was predeceased by: his son Murray; his daughter-in-law Marilyn; and his siblings, Earl, Clyde, Ralph, Fred, Olive, Ruby, Stella, Laura and Shirley.
He is survived by: his sister Grace; his children, Dale, Diane (Dave) and Barry (Shellee); and the mother of his children Elsie Norton. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
