He was predeceased by: his parents, Julian Kaczkielo and Martha Kaczkielo; his brother Andy; his daughter Angela; his great grandchild Avery; and also, Louis and Ruby O'Rourke.

He is survived by: his daughters, Terri Lowe (Keith), Karen Kaczkielo and Carmen Sakundiak (Rick); his grandchildren, Angela, Steven, Brenton, Laura, Jennifer, Jocelyn, Joel, Nicole, Kristin, Carson, Derrik, Bradley and Taylor; his sisters, Jean, Helen and Mary (John); and his sisters-in-law, Diann, Betty Lou and Elaine. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
