He was predeceased by: his wife Deanna; his parents, Glen Rimmer and Irene Rimmer; his siblings, Glen and Alverna Mortimer; his niece Raelene Schmaltz; and his former wife Jude Anderson.
He is survived by: his children, Laurie Langcastor of Kelowna, Karen Keane (Barry) of Seattle, WA, Tara Coles (Matt) of Cumberland, BC and Chris Rimmer (Adahn) of Grande Prairie, AB; his grandchildren, Zan, Marshal, Jackson, Ciara, Mia, Ethan and Ezra; and his siblings, Eilleen Schmaltz of Beiseker, Ruth Shannon of Terrace, BC and Russell Scratch of Lethbridge. He is also survived by his wife children and family.
