He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Rude and Agnes Rude; his daughter Lenice; his siblings, Doris Rude, Eileen Langstaff (Ken), Joan Sandboe, Irvin Rude (Elsie), Myron Rude (Doris) and Floyd Rude (Margie); and his siblings-in-law, Art, Lenice Sands, Jim, Sonny and Bobby.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda; his children, Tracey Rude and Teryl McNeil (Phil); his grandchildren, Mike, Aaron, Dan (Shawna), Jake (Alexis), Keelin and Carter; his great grandchildren, Floyd and Calder; his siblings-in-law, Chester Sandboe, Marilyn Haugland (Nelius) and Karen Boyd (Brian); and his grandchildren, Amanda, Ashley and Austin Yu.
