With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dawn Collette Wade (Grande Prairie, Alberta), who passed away on April 6, 2023 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Wilbert Henry Wade and Phyllis Eleanor Wade (Alvie); her daughters, Haley Hunt (Tyler), Blair Wade (Landon Elzinga), Anndra Graff (Mike) and Trisha Friesen (Matt); and her grandchildren, Reece, Skylar Graff, Brynn, Zoey Friesen and Baby Hunt.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Grande Prairie Regional Hospital Foundation are welcomed.
