He was predeceased by: his parents, William Malvis and Denise Doucett; and his brother Timothy Jansen. He is survived by: his wife Carol Malvis; his children, Erin Lambright (Mike) of Grande Prairie, Christopher Malvis of Burnaby, Pépère of Oliver and Hudson Lambright; his siblings, Carol Bartosik (John) of Barrie, Louise Pranger, Jacquie Fazzari (Steve) and Raymond Jansen of Guelph; and his nieces, Angelaina, Kristin, Katelyn, Julia and Nichole.
