With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Darren Robert Cooke (Grande Prairie, Alberta), who passed away on February 11, 2020 at the age of 51. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Linda Cooke (Rule); his grandparents, Lloyd, Nellie Cooke, Omer and Julius English; his father-in-law Stanley Parenteau; his cousin Leah Cooke; his sister-in-law Delaine Lambert-English; and also Mary Berg.
He is survived by: his wife Omarla (English); his sons, Brailon English (Mando), Kirk, Julius Cooke and Mackenzie; his pets, Maximus, Evander and Si'kanaapi; his parents-in-law, Loretta Parenteau-English and Wayne Glaab; his brothers-in-law, Ben Smith (Bambi), Jermiah English (Shanna), Aaron English and Joel English-Dubois (Randi-Lee); his grandfather-in-law Louise English; his father Robert Cooke; his sister Lori Wright (Mike); his aunt Colleen; his uncle Doug Cooke; his cousins, Corey Cooke, Loanne Walker (Shea) and Sherri Kyle; his nieces and nephews, Carson, Harley, Kenni Smith, Aliya, JJ, Cooper, Jimi, Kaecea English, Brennan, Modeste, Isaiah, Zachara English, Sophie, Myles and Beau English-Dubois; and his friends, Dave Berg (Teresa), Darren Berg (Janet) and Neil Morrison.
