He was predeceased by: his parents, Theophile Legault and Agnes Legault; his siblings, Juliette Portelance, Francoise Yaremko, Victor Laurin, Omer Laurin and Girard Laurin; his siblings-in-law, Real Portelance, Alex Yaremko, Lucien Chenard, Harold Purcha, Alice Laurin, Irene Laurin and Annie Laurin; his nephews, Donat Laurin and John Marceau; and his niece Laura Grenier.
He is survived by: his sons, Rodger Legault (Donna) and Lane Arias (Karen Chavez); his grandchildren, Max Legault (Carly), Danielle Cherkas (Taylor), Kelsey Legault (Cameron Rohani), Zoe Chavez Arias and Emilia Chavez Arias; his great grandchildren, Sienna Legault, Tucker Legault, Emmett Legault and Cleo Rohani; and his siblings, Roger Laurin (Therese), Clement Laurin (Greta), Maurice Laurin (Annette), Emil Laurin (Marie-Jeanne), Andre Legault (Jean), Raymond Legault (Peggy), Marie Chenard, Jacqueline Purcha, Diane Grenier and Murielle Marceau (Philippe). He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
