He is survived by: his wife Mary Angeline Sciog; his children, Michelle Lazoruk and Trevor Lazoruk (Tara); his siblings, Alvin Lazoruk and Joanne Basarab; his niece Shaelena Lazoruk; and his sister-in-law Carol Sciog (Bill).
