Verlin Chaffee Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Verlin Chaffee (Grande Cache, Alberta), who passed away on September 15, 2018 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Hardin Chaffee and Lorna Chaffee (Laye); and his brother Navarro Chaffee. He is survived by: his siblings, Connie McLean (Allan), Dale Chaffee (Julie), Yvonne Schreiber (Ed), Joe Chaffee (Judy), Dennis Chaffee (Gale) and Donna Hoskins (Bob); and his children, Susan Chaffee, Shawn Bamford, Dale Bamford, Zena Johnson (Bamford), Ron Chaffee, David Chaffee, Reese Chaffee, Rhian Chaffee and Morgan Boras (Chaffee). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations in loving memory of Verlin can be made to the Grande Cache Community Health Complex or to the Canadian Heart and Stroke Foundation in care of Foothills Memorial Chapel – Edson Funeral Home (5040 6th Avenue – Edson, Alberta -T7E 1T8).
